Good day

Gloomy days make for good beach days. Long boarded with the boys at Da Reef today. Not the best conditions or waves but a good time for sure. Crack the cooler after the sesh then ended up at Cholos for lunch.

Hot tamales

So my buddy Buda can make friends with anyone any where he goes.
He just went on a trip to So Cal to a training/hang with the Cali fam. I guess he made friends (as he always does) with some Authentic Mexican dude and scored some homemade Tamales. He's mento and actually went to the house and sat for a meal with the family as the tamales were being made. Thanks for bringing some home for me bud.

Snout

Broke the snout on my 1/2" impact gun last night. Luckily Jan had the part on the truck. $42 for the new head is much better than $275 for a new gun. Pheeeew!

Amazing how some things happen. This is a 18 ply tire with a 4" hook from a strap through it. Wonder what happen to the rest of the strap. That must have been a loud one. WOW

No waves again today, decided to get rid of the chrome headlight bezels. It's kind of nerve wrecking baking plastic lights but fun at the same time.

275 degrees and 12 minutes later, time to separate them. Not easy at all with the heat and the strength of the glue.

Reassemble and bake again to soften the glue.
